LoCash
LoCash are Chris Lucas and Preston Brust, who combine soul, rock, funk, pop, hip-hop, and gospel in a high-energy version of contemporary country. Lucas was born and raised outside Baltimore, Maryland, while Brust was born in Dermott, Arkansas but grew up in Kokomo, Indiana. The two met after both moved to Nashville to pursue musical careers and quickly discovered a shared vision of bringing the dance moves and energy of R&B and hip-hop into the realm of country. The duo’s passionate and fun stage performances soon earned them fans and industry attention.

Runaway June
Rootsy, brightly colored and mixing bluegrass tradition with dusty desert cool, Runaway June is comprised of three all-American women from different walks of life who have all “runaway” to chase the all-American dream. Though still being relatively new, the trio has already accomplished many feats that some artists never attain in their lifetimes. This past year Runaway June marked the first time a female trio or group has broken into the top five on the Mediabase Country chart since The Chicks in 2003 with their breakout single “Buy My Own Drinks.” This song cemented their presence and proved their perseverance to spread this light-hearted anthem of independence.

TRUSTED Traveler
Trusted traveler allows for all individuals that are in the same vehicle of a valid military ID holder to gain access to base.
Only military CAC holders (active duty, reserve, guard, civilian), retirees and dependents that are 18 and older are allowed to do trusted traveler.
VHIC holders and contractors are not allowed to do trusted traveler, but can sponsor their guests and get visitor passes in advance.
Passes can be written at the Mississippi Gate or at the visitor center, please note that the visitor center is appointment only so they should call a week in advance to guarantee a time slot to get a pass.
The visitor center number is 720-847-9381 and we are open Monday – Friday 0600-1400, closed on family days and holidays.
