COVID Restrictions

Proof of Vaccination & Government ID Is required to enter

Mask Must be on at all times while in the facility.

The Fitness Center is limited to fully vaccinated individuals.

Proof of vaccination (Digital or Print) and Government-issued ID is required for entry.

24/7 Hour Access Re-registration is required to gain entry. Applicants must show proof of vaccination and Government ID to re-register.
Physical Fitness Tests will continue to be administered outdoors only. 

Sauna rooms remain closed.

Weight Room

The Buckley Fitness Center is a fully equipped facility that includes a 4,600sq ft weight room with the best plate loaded selecorized equipment.

Cardio Room

The Fitness Center cardio room features a wide variety of state-of-the-art equipment to include treadmills, elliptical trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, stair steppers, step-mills, rowers and arm ergonometers.

Group Exercise Classes

Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai Drills

Mondays 5-6PM

A martial arts class that teaches the fundamentals of both grappling and stand-up fighting styles. Open to all skill levels and casual gym attire is acceptable.

AOA (Active Older Adults) Total Body

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-10AM

A total body class with low impact exercises designed to improve cardio, strength, flexibility and functionality in active seniors that seek to improve quality of life.

Balance & Stability

Wednesdays & Fridays 9-9:45AM

This class is specifically tailored to help individuals improve balance, stability and coordination in day-to-day life. Open to all ages and skill level

Total Body

Monday-Friday 12-1PM & 4-5PM

The class for everyone! This total body workout class encompasses all aspects of fitness including strength, cardio, power, endurance and flexibility. Perfect for the lunch-break workout or the after work pump.

PT Readiness

Monday-Friday 6:15 - 7AM & 3 - 4PM

Specifically designed to get active duty personnel into PT shape. Whether you haven’t been active recently or just looking to improve future PT scores, this class can help units perform their best in their respective PT tests and is not branch specific.

Comeback Yoga

Tuesdays: 5:30 PM - 6:30PM | Aerobics Room

Comeback Yoga provides free yoga to veterans, active duty, and their friends, family, and clinicians. All fitness levels are welcome!

Lunchtime Yoga Vinyasa Flow

Mondays & Wednesdays: 11:30 AM-12:30 PM | Aerobics Room

Lunchtime yoga is a traditional Vinayasa flow class that connects breath to movement.  Classes begin with a centering practice and progresses into traditional yoga poses which culminate a deep relaxation – your savasana.  Classes our open to all students of any ability or experience. 

Beyond physical flexibility, the routine practice of yoga increases focus, builds inner strength, and improves your overall health and outlook on life.

Our certified personal trainers can help motivate and instruct you with nutrition, proper form and safety tips to ensure you get the most out of your workout!

After Hours Access

Must be 18 years and older. The use of the Buddy System is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED but not mandatory while using the Fitness Center during unmanned operations.  

All patrons must scan their card prior to entry.
One scanned card, per person, per entry.  No exceptions. 
The 24/7 cameras are in use.

If you are interested, stop by the Fitness Center to register and sign the statement of understanding from Monday – Friday between the hours of 5:30am – 9pm, please bring your CAC. AD Dependents over the age of 18 must bring a valid form of ID and have their sponsor present at the time of registration. They will be issued an access card at registration.

  3. The Pit
  4.  Upstairs Cardio Theatre
  5. Upstairs Strength Equipment
  6. Upstairs Indoor Track
