Civilian Personnel Office provides staffing, recruitment, processing and employee life cycle sustainment services for the Buckley Garrison and assigned Tenants. The Civilian Personnel Office at Buckley Air Force Base is responsible for providing quality satellite service in personnel operations to commanders, managers, supervisors, appropriated fund civilian employees and other customers.
EMPLOYEE/LABOR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS (EMR/LMR):
This section is responsible for employee-management relations and labor-management relations issues. The EMR function administers the leave, awards, performance management, alternative work schedules, and reasonable accommodation programs. The EMR function also provides advice and assistance to management and employees on discipline and adverse actions, and assists management in handling grievance or appeal actions. The LMR function of this section administers collective bargaining agreements with local labor unions with the goal of maintaining effective, amicable relationships between the union and management officials.

Use MyBiz+ to update your official email address, duty phone, emergency contact information, disability codes, foreign language proficiencies, ethnicity and race, education, training, certifications/licenses, and non-monetary awards.
MyBiz+ also provides you the link to MyPay for updating your home address
MyBiz+ for Managers and Supervisors is used by all managers and supervisors to access their employees’ personnel information and provides secure on-line self-service features.
