The Enneagram: Tools for Leadership and Conflict Resolution

The enneagram is a personality test that breaks down the characteristics that we all share but display differently. Using nine different personality styles, the test helps us understand the one we naturally gravitate toward during times of comfort, stress, and growth. By understanding ourselves better, we can improve how we interact with others in a way that is healthy and encourages understanding and teamwork. This self-awareness tool helps us see that our personality is not the “good” or “bad” personality, but that there are healthy levels of each personality that we can pursue to improve how we navigate working with others and leading through conflict. In short, through self-awareness, we can improve our interactions with those we interact with through understanding and intention
