A total body class with low-impact exercises designed to improve cardio, strength, flexibility, and functionality in active seniors who seek to enhance the quality of life.

The class is for everyone! This total body workout class encompasses all aspects of fitness including strength, cardio, power, endurance, and flexibility. Perfect for the lunch-break workout or the after-work pump.
Mellow Flow Yoga
Mondays-1700 HRS
This 30-minute class is meant to warm you up from the inside out but not burn you up like our lives can sometimes do. This practice is chill, focusing on reducing stress and deepening the practice with juicier sequencing, deep breath work and elements of restorative yoga included. This class isn’t always easy, but it isn’t built to make you sweat either. Come nourish your mind, body, and spirit with this grounding class.
Jiu Jitsu & Muay Thai Drills
Wednesdays: 1700 – 1800 hrs
The class focuses on building a community of individuals that have a passion to study the Martial Arts as well as developing and mastering the skills within the different styles of Martial Arts.
All fitness levels are welcome! Fitness Center Instructor-led class.
SPIN
Thursdays-1615 HRS
This wildly energetic cycle class provides a fantastic workout for all levels! The combination of cycling and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on and off the bike promotes a high calorie burn. Come ready for anything and everything, as each class is a unique experience varying the time spent on the bike or engaging in plyometrics. The blend of exercises and tempo change more frequently than our Colorado weather. The duration is 60-minute class.
Restore Yoga
Thursdays-1715 HRS
A quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses using mindful muscle relaxation. Yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the compliment to more vigorous practices and activities such as running, cycling, and hiking. The practice is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners. The duration is 30 minutes.
HIIT
Monday-1600 HRS
A high-intensity interval training class focusing on strength and endurance using a 3-2-1 format comprised of four 7-minute, high-intensity circuits. These circuits emphasize full-body movement, cardio, and core exercises. This dynamic workout will enhance your scope of movement possibilities to maximize athletic performance and metabolic potential in just 45 minutes. Suitable for all fitness levels.

After Hours Access
Re-registration at the Fitness Center Required
Must be 18 years and older. The use of the Buddy System is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED but not mandatory while using the Fitness Center during unmanned operations.
All patrons must scan their card prior to entry.
One scanned card, per person, per entry. No exceptions.
The 24/7 cameras are in use.
If you are interested, stop by the Fitness Center to register and sign the statement of understanding from Monday – Friday between the hours of 0530 – 2000 hrs, please bring your CAC. AD Dependents over the age of 18 must bring a valid form of ID and have their sponsor present at the time of registration. They will be issued an access card at registration.

Fitness Center Age Restrictions
Youth 16 years of age and over: Permitted in ALL areas of the FSC without a qualified adult.
Youth 13-15 years of age: Permitted in Cardiovascular, weight equipment, group exercise room, locker rooms, Etc. Interactive supervision requires qualified adult and child to participate in/perform activity together at all times. Permitted in other activity areas (i.e., basketball court, racquetball court, running track) only when a qualified adult is present in the facility at all times. Permitted to be a participant (participating in age-appropriate programming) or spectator in a sport or special event when a qualified adult is present in the facility at all times. For FSC pools use is permitted during instructional programs, or when a qualified adult is present in the facility at all times.
Youth 6-12 years of age: Not permitted in the cardiovascular, sauna, weight equipment rooms, or group exercise rooms during scheduled adult exercise classes. Permitted in other activity areas (i.e., basketball court, racquetball court, running track locker room, Parent/Youth Area (PYA)) only under qualified adult interactive supervision. Interactive supervision requires qualified adult and child to participate in/perform an activity together at all times. Permitted to be a participant (participating in age-appropriate programming) or spectator in a sport or special event only under qualified adult interactive supervision. for FSC pools, use is permitted during instructional programs, or when under-qualified adult interactive supervision.
Children under 6 years of age: Not Permitted in FSCS except as follows. Permitted in other activity areas (i.e., basketball court, racquetball courts, running track, locker room, parent and youth area) only under qualified adult interactive supervision. Interactive supervision requires qualified adult and child to participate in or perform activity together at all times. Permitted to be a participant (participating in age appropriate programming) or spectator in a sport or special event only under qualified adult interactive supervision. For Fitness and Sports Center pools, use is permitted during instructional programs, or when under qualified adult interactive supervision.
NOTE: *For purposes of these rules, a “qualified adult” is a parent, legal guardian, qualified Family Member Program (FMP) staff member, FSC staff member conducting program, or coach.
