Participants have the whole week for 3 attempts at Squat, Bench and Deadlift to obtain a total weight of 1000 lbs for men and 500 lbs for women.
Competitors who achieve the goal will be awarded “The Black Shirt” stating they are now in the 1000lbs club!\
