SEL Seminar

Open to all new and established Senior Enlisted Leaders (SELs) across Team Buckley. This two-day seminar is designed to provide a learning environment which fosters open discussions regarding your new role and new priorities: Airmen, Guardians and the Mission. We will
cover some of the struggles experienced by
SELs along with programs they’ll work with on a regular basis. It will also prepare SELs to tackle their new duties and role within the organization.​
