Wednesdays and Fridays: 9 AM – 9:45 AM | East Gymnasium.
This class is designed to teach techniques and exercises to improve one’s balance and stability and is open to everyone. Key exercises will aid in improving strength with the various joint actions (ankles, knees, hips, wrists, etc.) in addition to the core. Whether you are coming in off of an injury or you want to improve overall balance in order to gain independence and confidence, this class was created for you. This is a Fitness Center Certified instructor-led class.
All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided! Fitness Center Instructor-led class.
