Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 AM – 10 AM | East Gymnasium.
Limited capacity up to 40 class participants on a first-come-first-serve basis. This class is designed to teach Older Adults the importance of exercise in the forms of ROM (Range of Motion), Stretching, Strength, and Cardio. All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided! Fitness Center Instructor-led class.
