May Fitness Month: 1-31 May
Stop by the Fitness Center during the month of May to participate in challenging events and earn a chance to win prizes!


Love running short distances? Would you like to see where you stand compared to others on base? For the entire month of April, you can submit your fastest time on a 1-mile run and a 400m sprint. This is a self-monitored event with an honor system. All we need is your information and once you complete the event/events, submit your score. There will be giveaways! Please sign up at the Fitness Center before 29 March.

St. Paddy’s Day 5K

Outdoor Track & Panther Den
Check-in at 1445 | Race Starts at 1500

Run starts at the outdoor track & finishes at the Panther Den St. Paddy’s Day Celebration! Runners and non-runners are welcome. Free light refreshments & bar (pay as you go) with green beer. No advance sign-up required.

Rowing Challenge: Base vs. Base

The base with the best overall average meters will be the recipients of the rowing challenge traveling trophy.
• Kick off begins @ 0500 on 1 February
• Participants may only compete during normal Fitness Center hours of operation
• Participants must check in and out with a Fitness Center staff member
