It will provide you information that improves you as an individual, and the squadron by improving team dynamics to facilitate a process-focused, higher-performing organization. It’ll also cover “The Human Operating System”, which discusses how we’re wired and how understanding this information affords us infinite control of mind, body, and performance.

    Combat Aviation Advisor Recruiting Brief

    The 492nd Special Operations Training Support Squadron (492 SOTRSS), Outreach Division from Hurlburt Field, Florida, will be conducting an informational/recruiting briefing on Combat Aviation Advisors (CAAs). The briefing will be conducted on 23 August 2019 at the 140th Wing Auditorium (Bldg 700) @ 1300. CAAs reside at 6th Special Operations Squadron (6 SOS) and 711th Special Operations Squadron (711 SOS) located at Duke Field, Florida. CAAs are tasked to carry out Foreign Internal Defense (FID), Security Force Assistance (SFA) and Unconventional Warfare (UW) tasks on behalf of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The 6 SOS are recruiting individuals from the following career fields:

This class will teach you how to take that pile of information and sharpen it into a bullet that even your Chief would approve of! The skills of bullet writing will be taught and then put to practice in some writing exercises.
