1. Bidding is open to Active Duty/Reserve/Guard, and their family members over 18 years of age, retirees and their authorized family members over 18 years of age, DoD Civil Service and NAF employees, and others as listed in AFI34-262, Table A2.1.
2. All information requested on the Bid Submission Form must be completed for the bid to be valid. Bid sheets may also be printed and submitted to the 460 Force Support Squadron, Building 347, between 0715 and 1615, Monday thru Friday.
   Bids submitted in person will be date and time stamped.
3. Payment methods are Cash, Personal Check, Master Card or Visa. Payment must be made at Outdoor Recreation (building 1022), between 0900 and 1700, Monday through Saturday.  Payments and arrangements for item pick-up must be made within 5 working days of notification.  Contact Resource Management at 720-847-6025 for more information. I.D. cards must be presented at the time the items are paid for and when the item is picked up. Please make your own arrangements for loading, transportation, and delivery as the 460 FSS staff are not able to do so.
4. Only under exceptional circumstances will you be allowed to retract a bid. If you accidentally entered a wrong bid amount, for example; you bid $99.50 instead of $9.50 as intended, you can re-enter the bid with the correct amount and explain the error in the comments area of the bid page.  Please explain the error as fully as possible in the space allowed.  For this reason bidders are cautioned to seriously consider how much they willing to pay for the desired item and bid accordingly.
5. In the event that the highest or winning bidder is not eligible IAW AFI34-262, or does not pay for and pick-up the item, the second highest bidder for that item will be declared the winner and that person will be notified.
6. In the event of two or more bids of the same amount being received for the same item, the bid with the “earliest received transmittal time” will be declared the high daily bid, or winning bid for that item.  All others will be notified that theirs was not the high or winning bid for that item.  On the morning of the 24^th, a e-mail will be sent to the highest bidder for each Casita.We have posted some photos of the trailers for auction below. All sales are “AS IS”. The best way to view the items for auction is to visit Outdoor Recreation and tour the back lot.
