Airman Leadership School

What We Offer

The Airman Leadership Schools mission “Prepare Senior Airmen to be professional, war fighting Airman who can supervise and lead Air Force work teams to support the employment of air, space and cyberspace power.”

The Airman Leadership School staff delivers 192 hours of curriculum over 24 academic days of training. The capstone event is an evening graduation dinner orchestrated by the staff in collaboration with the students. During class the instructors facilitate drill, ceremony, supervisory communication skills, supervisor of Airmen, professional Airman and expeditionary Airman lessons.

The Airman Leadership School is accredited by the Community College of the Air Force. Upon graduation, students earn 9 college credit hours.
